The Portal may include or reference third-party libraries, fonts, icons, or services. Each is subject to its own license or terms of use. Nothing in this Legal Notice grants any right in third-party materials beyond what those third-party terms permit.

The Portal may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. Teisoft has no control over the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Placement of a link does not constitute endorsement.
8. Accuracy of information
Teisoft takes reasonable care to keep Portal content up to date. However, Portal information is provided for general informational and operational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Specific commercial terms, service scope, commission calculations, and payment obligations are governed by the applicable partner agreement, and — in case of any discrepancy — the partner agreement prevails.

Cybersecurity risk cannot be eliminated completely. Nothing published in the Portal constitutes a warranty that any system, application, or organization referenced in it is secure, compliant, or free from risk. Descriptions of services, capabilities, features, timelines, or results may be subject to separate agreements, technical limitations, eligibility requirements, and service scope.

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning this Legal Notice or the operation of the Portal will be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable mandatory law or by a separately executed agreement.
